PEST-SWOT model of the medical association led by a 3A hospital in Anhui Province

近年来,整合的医疗卫生服务体系在国内外越来越受到关注,尤其是新医改以来,国内关于医联体的研究探索日益增多,形式更加丰富,层次更加深入,涵盖面也更加广泛。文章在PEST、SWOT两种管理理论的基础上,借鉴相关的学术研究,将其应用到三甲医院牵头的医联体工作研究中,构建一个PEST-SWOT分析模型进行系统分析和研究,并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。

In recent years, the integration of medical and health service system attracts more and more attention at home and abroad. Since the new health care reform, domestic research and exploration on medical research is increasing with more abundant forms, greater insight and wider coverage. In order to provide the decision support, a PEST--SWOT analysis model was put forward on the basis of PEST theory and SWOT theory, combined with relevant academic achievements, and used in analysis of the medical association led by a 3A hospital in Anhui Province, then relevant suggestions were proposed.
