嘉定区菊园新区医教结合健康教育模式构建及效果评价 被引量:2

Construction and effect evaluation of health education mode combining medical service and teaching in Juyuan New District of Shanghai

摘要 目的:了解社区医教结合健康教育模式下学生健康习惯及知识形成的效果,为制定社区医教结合健康教育工作政策和措施提供依据。方法:2013年9月-2016年2月选取上海市嘉定区菊园新区内3所试点学校三年级各一个班级合计117学生作为干预组,同时各抽取一个班级合计132作为对照组。通过组建健康讲师队伍,编制适合学生特点教案汇编,界定健康干预内容,对干预组学生开展为期3年健康教育自编教案课程。干预后,比较干预组与对照组学生健康知识知晓情况及健康行为形成情况。另外对干预组学生、家长、卫生老师及学校分管领导进行问卷调查,了解他们对该模式的满意度。结果:干预组学生在健康常识知晓、疾病认识和科学预防的认知、心理健康的认知、以及中医科普知识的认知等方面优于对照组学生(P<0.05)。整体满意度达到95.69%。结论:社区医教结合健康教育模式在提高学生健康知识知晓率等方面起到积极有效的作用,可以作为社区医教结合健康教育模式的范例进行进一步推广。 Objective To evaluate the formation of students" health habits and knowledge in health education mode that combines medical service and teaching in Juyuan New District, and to provide basis for formulating policies and strategies of health education. Methods One respective class was randomly selected from grade three of three respective primary schools to join intervention g roup(n=117), while another three classes from the same grade were randomly selected as the control group(n= 132). Students in the intervention group would take part in health education courses for 3 years since September 2013 to February 2016 after a team of health education lecturers was set up and lesson plans were compiled. After intervention, health knowledge and health behavior of students would be compared between the in- tervention group and the control group through a questionnaire. In addition, another questionnaire would be conducted within students in the intervention group, their parents, hygiene teachers and leaders of these schools to analyze their satisfaction with this health education mode. Results Students in the intervention group were superior to those in the control group in various aspects such as basic health knowledge, scientific prevention of disease, mental health knowl-edge and popular science knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine(P〈0.05). Overall satisfaction rate was 95.69 %. Conclusions Health education mode that combines medical service and teaching in Juyuan New District has played a pos-itive and effective role in improving student's awareness rate of health knowledge and has acquired satisfaction and trust of students, parents, teachers and leaders of schools. This mode can be generalized as a good sample of combining medical service and teaching.
