我国戒酒临床干预实践研究进展

Practice of clinical intervention on abstinence from alcohol in China

通过文献梳理,系统阐述了近些年来我国戒酒临床干预实践研究所涉及酒依赖患者症状分类研究、戒酒干预策略研究两方面的内容,其中着重讨论了对酒依赖患者实施"药物治疗、物理治疗、心理干预、健康教育、社会支持"等临床干预策略的研究,并对其研究现状作了简要评述,对未来戒酒相关研究,提出了加强基本理论研究、加强纵横比较研究、加强突破难题研究等三点构想。

With literature review, this paper systematically describes researches in symptom classification of alcohol dependent patients and abstinence intervention strategies in recent years, which focused on the clinical intervention strategies for alcohol dependent patients including drug treatment, physical therapy, psychological intervention, health education and social support. A brief review was made of the research progress and future research related to abstinence was suggested to be conducted by strengthening basic theory research, comparative study, and problems study.
