摘要
锚杆(索)联合支护下,造成回采巷道以及扩展到切眼和端头后方顶板不能随工作面推进及时冒落,引起切眼和工作面端头后方较大范围的悬顶,从而造成一系列的安全隐患。阳煤三矿属于高瓦斯矿井,不可以采取爆破方法预裂顶板。本文探讨了静态胀裂剂预裂顶板的机理以及施工工艺,经实践表明,静态胀裂剂在高瓦斯矿井中对坚硬顶板进行弱化处理,使得老顶及时断裂卸压,防止坚硬顶板悬顶面积过大对工作面或回采巷道超前支护段造成强冲击作用。
With the combination support of bolt and anchor cable,making the recovery roadway and the rear roof cannot cannot move with work face,which cause the large range of hanging arch between the cut-hole and backward of work face and cause the series of security risk. The 3rd Coal Mine ofYangquan Coal Industry Group is a highly gaseous mine,cannot take the method of explosion to advanced splintering roof. This thesis the mechanism and the construction technology of using static blasting agents in advanced splintering roof.The practice shows that using static blasting agents to weakening the tough roof in highly gaseous mine,can make the old roof fracture and falling off in time and prevent the the large hanging arch pressurizing the support of work face find roadway.
