摘要
本文讨论了古矿远程供水系统的技术需求,利用西门子S7-200 PLC在自由口通讯模式下,供水监控系统通讯功能的实现。主站PLC定时连续发送从站PLC地址,从站PLC被动接收主站控制命令,向主站回发监测数据。通过定时轮询的通讯机制实现一主多从的要求,该方法避免了传统方式下某从站掉线而整个通讯系统瘫痪的状况,通过试验验证,程序运行可靠。
The article discussed the Ancient Mine technical requirements of the long distance water supply system,the freeport communica-tion mode of Siemens S7-200 PLC is used,water supply control system communication function is realized.The Host PLC continuous sent Substation PLC address regularly,the Substation PLC back to the monitoring data when received the host control command.By regularly polling communication realized one host to more Substation.The method is avoided the phenomenon of one Substation drop lead to communication system paralysis,through the test the program runs reliable.
