摘要
采用坍落度筒测定坍落度数值分散,难以准确获得混凝土和易性指标,从而给施工造成困惑.分析标准坍落度筒筒壁与混凝土之间的摩擦力是造成坍落度数值分散的最主要原因,建立幂函数坍落度筒筒壁母线模型.当混凝土设计坍落度值为60 mm时,进行幂函数坍落度筒和标准坍落度筒试验,对其试验结果进行数理统计分析,验证幂函数坍落度筒的功能和特点,确定与国家标准相对应的幂函数坍落度筒与标准坍落度筒的换算公式.
The slump value dispersive measured by slump cone fails to accurately reflect the problems with constructions caused by concrete and easy index. This paper is aimed at analyzing the major reasons for dispersive slump values caused by frictions between standard slump wall and concrete. A model for generation line of the slump cone expressed by polynomial expression of power function is built. The experimental study is also conducted with regard to the slump cone of power function and the standard slump cone when the concrete design slump value is 60 mm. Meanwhile, mathematical statistic analysis is accomplished and functions and features of the slump cone of power function is verified, indicating that the reduction formula between the slump cone of power function and the standard slump cone can be determined corresponding to the national standard.
