摘要
目的探讨个性化教育联合电话回访对维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者认知行为的影响。方法选取维吾尔族2型糖尿病住院患者178位参加本研究,并填写《知情同意告知书》,对选取的患者由糖尿病专业维吾尔族护士采用举办健康讲座及通过各种方法对每一患者进行健康教育指导,调查分析66例半年内发生过低血糖患者的原因,出院后1、3、6月电话回访3次行个体化教育,观察个性化教育对维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者认知行为的影响。结果经过糖尿病健康教育后,患者的认知行为能力明显提高(P<0.05),入院前半年内与出院后半年内低血糖发生率比较,接受健康教育后明显降低(37.1%比19.6%,χ2=14.818,P<0.05)。结论个性化教育联合电话回访有效地提高了维吾尔族T2DM患者认知行为能力,降低了低血糖的发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized education combined with follow-up phone calls on the cognitive behavior of Uygur with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and seventy-eight Uygur with type 2 diabetes were selected from patients of our hosiptal, and all individuals were asked to fill out an informed consent form. Uygur nurses of diabetes specialized gave the health guidance and education to each patient with health lectures and other methods. The causes of 66 patients with hypoglycemia were investigated and analyzed. Effect of individualized education on cognitive behavior of Uygur patients with type 2 diabetes were observed by follow-up phone calls at 1,3 ,6 month after discharge. Results After health education, cognitive and behavioral capabilities of Uygur with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Compared to half a year before admission, the incidence of hypogly-cemia was significantly decreased after health education ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Individualized education combined with follow-up phone calls enhance cognitive ability of Uygur with T2DM and decrease incidence of hypoglycemia.
