摘要
目的探索血清人软骨糖蛋白39(YKL-40)在高血压外周血中的表达及意义。方法住院接受诊疗的高血压患者列为观察组。另纳入健康体检者作为对照组。本研究共纳入观察组45例,对照组30例。分别检测两组的YKL-40、白介素-6(IL-6)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等指标。结果观察组患者三酰甘油水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.589,P=0.012)。观察组患者外周血ET-1水平显著高于对照组(t=10.900,P<0.01);观察组外周血YKL-40显著高于对照组[(42.96±10.55)μg/L比(28.18±7.25)μg/L;t=6.686,P<0.01];观察组外周血CRP水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[(6.51±2.16)mg/L比(4.23±1.08)mg/L,t=5.345,P<0.01]。观察组患者血清YKL-40与CRP呈现显著正相关,具有统计学意义(r=0.838,P<0.01);观察组患者血清YKL-40与ET-1呈现显著正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.816,P<0.01)。结论高血压患者血清YKL-40升高,且与炎症和代谢紊乱相关,可用以辅助临床诊疗。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum cartilage glycoprotein 39 in patients with hypertension. Methods Forty-five patients with hypertension received treatment in our hospital from 2012 to 2015 were collected as observational group. Thirty healthy controls were enrolled as control group. Results The triglyceride, ET-1 and CRP of observational group was higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant (t = 2. 589,P =0. 012 ; t = 10. 900, P 〈 0. 01 ; t =5. 345, P 〈 0. 01 ) . Correlation analysis showed the levels ofYKL-40 had significant positive correlation with CRP and ET-1 ( P 〈 0. 01 ) in the observational group. Conclusion The level of YKL-40 increased in patients with hypertension,which may be associated with inflammation and metabolicdisorders.
