大型会议活动医疗卫生保障工作实践经验与体会

Practice and experences on the medical services for the major events

医疗卫生保障工作是各类大型会议活动组织工作中必不可少的一部分。近些年,随着各类大型会议活动数量的增多,医疗卫生保障工作越来越受到重视。本研究总结分析了2014—2015年所承担的大型会议活动医疗卫生保障任务的工作情况,包括成立机构、制定方案、遴选人员、培训演练、沟通衔接5个方面。医院应抓住承担大型会议活动医疗卫生保障任务的机会,提高医院综合救治能力和应急处置管理水平,提升医院良好形象,规范完善工作制度,不断细化工作流程,探索建立大型会议活动医疗卫生保障工作管理模式。

Description of the medical service provided by the hospital for major events from 2014 to 2015. This article rounded up the practice and experiences, including forming the special units, develepment of a detailed work plan, selection and preparation of medical team and estabishment of connection. It holds that hospitals need to take the opportunity of providing medical services to large-scale events to upgrade medical treatment ability and the level of emergency management, enhance the hospital image, improve working systems, attempt at building a management mode of medical services for major events.
