正畸微种植体支抗的护理干预及配合

Nursing intervention and coordination of orthodontic micro- implant anchorage

目的：探讨护理干预及配合在口腔正畸微种植体支抗护理配合中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年2月-2015年2月在我院上颌后牙区植入的微种植体支抗52颗（患者26例）,进行护理干预及配合。记录并分析患者的手术时间、种植体周围炎症发生率、种植体脱落率、患者满意度情况。结果：患者平均手术时间为86 s;3颗微种植体周围发生炎症,发生率为5.77%;2颗种植体发生脱落,脱落率为3.85%,患者满意度为100%。结论：护理干预可以提高疗效,提高患者满意度。

Objective：To discuss the effect of nursing intervention and coordination on orthodontic micro - implant anchorage nursing cooperation. Methods： Selected 52 micro - implant anchorages （26 patients） implanted in maxillary posterior area from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital and implemented nursing intervention and cooperation. The operation time, incidence of inflammation around the implant,implant removal rate and patient satisfaction were recorded and analyzed. Results ：The average operative time was 86 s. The incidence of inflammation around three implant was 5.11%. The incidence of implant removal was 3. 85% ,and the satisfaction rate was 100% . Conclusion：Nursing intervention could improve the curative effect and the patients5 satisfaction.
