校院联合培养模式下专科护士毕业生就业质量的调研 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查校院联合培养模式下专科护士培养质量和就业质量。方法:采用自行编制的问卷,对2014,2015届120名专科护士毕业生进行就业情况的调研,对50名护理部管理者、临床护士长进行专科护士满意度调研。结果:已经毕业的120名专科护士中,有81.67%都在三甲医院就业,有近75.83%的学生就业地点选择直辖市和省会城市工作,就业地点条件优越。对目前就业情况满意度评分高,2015届毕业生比2014届学生就业稳定性、五险一金满意度下降。不同岗位的护理管理人员对专科护士满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:校院联合培养下的专科护士毕业生就业情况优势明显,医院护理管理者对于专科护士的评价高,可以通过建立低年级实操训练机制来提升专科护士临床操作技能。 Objective : To investigate the training quality and employment quality of specialist nurses under the mode of combination of college and hospital. Methods : A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate the employment situation of 120 nurses graduated in 2014 and 2015. The satisfaction of 50 nursing supervisors and clinical nurse were surveyed. Results: Among the 120 nurses who have graduated,8 1 .67% of the nurses were employed by the third -grade class - A hospitals. Nearly 75. 83% of the students were employed by hospitals in municipalities and provincial capitals. The employment conditions were superior. Satisfaction score of these students with the current job was high. The employment stability and satisfaction of five social insurance and one housing fund of graduates in 2015 were lower than that of the 2014. There was no significant difference in the satisfaction degree among nurses in different positions (P 〉0. 05). Conclusion:The employment situation of college nurses under the joint cultivation of college and university has obvious advantages. The hospital nursing administrators have high evaluation on the nurses graduated from the technical colleges. The clinical operation skills of the junior nurses can be improved by establishing the practical training mechanism.
