摘要
目的:发现新生儿重症监护病房环境噪声主要来源,降低噪声污染,改善NICU环境质量。方法:成立品管圈小组,严格按照PDCA原则,通过确定活动主题,拟定活动计划,现况把握,目标设定,原因分析,对策拟定、实施、检查等程序,开展"品管圈"活动。结果:NICU环境噪声水平由64.82 d B降至58.2 d B。结论:品管圈活动可降低NICU环境噪声水平,减少噪声对新生儿和医务人员的影响,增强科室人员的凝聚力。
Objectives ： To find main source of neonatal intensive care unit environmental noise, reduce noise pollution, improve the NICU environmental quality. Methods：The quality control circle group was established, and the quality control circle was carried out according to the principle of PDCA. The quality control circle was carried out by defining the theme of the activity,formulating the activity plan, grasping the present situation,setting the target,setting up the cause, analyzing the countermeasure, drawing up, implementing and checking plans, etc. Results： The environmental noise level of NICU decreased from 64. 82 dB to 58.2 dB. Conclusion：Quality control circle activity could reduce the noise level of NICU, the influence of noise on newborns and medical workers, and enhance the cohesion of department staff.
