摘要
船舶压载水和沉积物的随意排放带来不同海域的生态污染及危害,已经引起了全世界海洋国家的极大重视。随着近期芬兰签约加入船舶压载水公约(BWM公约),该公约正式生效。以压载水公约D-2标准为背景,以压载水处理系统原理为基础;分析了在各类船舶上加装压载水处理系统设备的选型方法和特点。为即将到来的船舶压载水处理系统加装高潮期提供指导和解决方案。
Indiscriminate discharge of ship ballast water and sediment has brought different ecological pollution and harm to the sea, which has caused great attention of ocean countries around the world. Finland has ratified the 1MO Ballast Water Management Convention recently and the convention takes effect officially. Based on the background of ballast water convention D-2 standard and the principle of ballast water treatment system, the paper analyzes the selection method and characteristics of different kinds of ships ballast water treatment systems, so that it can provide guidance and solutions for upcoming retrofitting high-tide of ship ballast water treatment system.
