摘要 舰载相控阵雷达静态对准是舰艇坞内对准试验中的重要环节。为了提高标校效率,本文提出了一种三维测量对准新方法,该方法利用高精度全站仪分别测量雷达阵面、专用信号源的三维位置坐标,经过位置间隔修正和坐标旋转变换,给出信号源相对于雷达阵面中心的极坐标真值。文章设计并实现了三维测量方法并对测量的精度进行了试验检查,结果表明,该方法角度误差在1′以内,满足舰载相控阵雷达的静态对准要求。该方法精度高、重复性好、便于操作,为舰载相控阵雷达静态对准提供了新的选择。 The static calibration of phased array radar is an important part of vessels' docking calibration tests. In order to increase the calibration efficiency, a new calibration method based on 3D measurement is introduced in this paper. The total station with high accuracy is used to measure the 3D position coordinates of radar fronts and special signal sources. The true polar coordinates values of signal sources to radar front center are given after the modification of position intervals are rotating transposition of the coordinates. The measurement error is found out to be less than 1" which satisfies the requirement of ship-borne phased array radar static calibration. The measurement method introduced in this paper has the advantages of high accuracy, good repeatability and easy operation, which provides a new choice for ship-borne phased array radar static calibration.
