摘要
设计了一种基于耦合电感倍压结构的高增益变换器。通过耦合电感的倍压结构既能实现很高的电压增益,又能降低开关管的电压应力。同时,通过无源钳位电路抑制了开关管关断电压尖峰,回收了漏感能量。二极管的反向恢复电流较小,减小了开关损耗。最后设计了一台48 V输入、380 V输出1 k W的试验样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
In this paper, a high step-up converter with coupled inductor multiplier is designed and implemented. By using the coupled inductor multiplier, the voltage gain of the converter is extended greatly and the voltage stress of the switches is reduced. Meanwhile, the passive-clamp circuit is used here to suppress the turn-off voltage spikes of the main switch and reuse the leakage inductance energy. The reverse-recovery problem of the output diode is alleviated due to the leakage inductance of the coupled inductor. Finally, the experimental results from a lkW 48V-input-380V-output prototype are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter.
