陕西省集成电路产业专利布局与发展路径分析

Research on patent layout and its development plans for IC industry in Shaanxi province

以陕西省为例,运用专利文献分析及专利信息统计的方法,在对国内外集成电路产业专利申请以及陕西省集成电路产业发展现状研究的基础上,指出陕西集成电路产业存在着核心专利少、专利质量不高且海外布局薄弱等问题,研究提出了陕西集成电路企业必须提高专利意识,加大自主创新力度,提高专利申请的数量和质量,建立集成电路产业专利联盟,提高产业核心竞争力等政策建议。

Taking Shaanxi Province as an example, using patent analysis and patent information sta- tistic method, patent application and its development status of Shaanxi integrated circuit industry is studied. Some conclusion are reached about the integrated circuit industry in Shaanxi Province, such as that there are less core patent, patent quality is not high, and overseas layout is weak etc. Policy recommendations are put forward, such as that the Shaanxi integrated circuit enterprises must enhance the awareness of patent, increase the intensity of independent innovation, improve the quantity and quality of patent applications, establish integrated circuit industry patent alliance, and improve the core competitiveness of the industry.
