摘要
针对信息技术类高校科研成果转化需求旺盛的特点,制定一套适合信息技术类高校科研成本与效益的评价指标体系。应用层次分析法确定各个指标的权重,建立信息技术类高校科研绩效的评价模型。利用该模型对某信息技术类高校2013-2015年的科研绩效进行量化评估,验证了该模型的有效性。
According to the characteristics of the demand for the transformation of scientific research achievements in information technology universities, a set of evaluation index system suitable for the scientific research cost and benefit of information technology universities is established. The method of analytic hierarchy process is applied to determine the weight of each index, and the evaluation model of the performance of information technology universities is set up. The model is used to evaluate the scientific research performance of 2013--2015 years in a certain information technology university, and its validity is verified by the results.
