摘要 微血管通透性增加是烧伤后血管内液外渗,血容量急剧下降,导致休克的重要原因。中性粒细胞聚集、炎症介质过度表达与相关转导通路活化是造成微血管通透性增加的主要原因;血管内皮屏障功能受损是烧伤后微血管通透性增加的主要病理基础。 The increase of microvascular permeability is the major reason of intravascular fluid extravasation,acute decline of blood volume and the occurrence of shock post burn.The aggregation of neutrophile granulocyte,overexpression of inflammatory mediators and activation of transduction pathways involved are the main causes of the post-burn increase of microvascular permeability,while dysfunction of vascular endothelial barrier is its main pathological basis.
