微创内固定系统治疗老年股骨髁上骨折疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨闭合复位后微创内固定系统(Less Invasive Stabilization System,LISS)治疗老年股骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法 对2004年1月-2014年10月秦皇岛市第一医院收治的37例老年股骨髁上骨折患者在闭合复位后行LISS治疗,术后予以预防感染、营养支持、早期康复等全身综合治疗,观察治疗效果。结果37例患者术后随访12-18个月,切口均一期愈合;根据最后1次随访结果进行HSS评分,其中优14例,良20例,可2例,差1例,优良率达91.9%。结论 闭合复位后采用LISS治疗老年股骨髁上骨折,手术创伤小,术后并发症少,疗效显著。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of the less invasive stabilization system(LISS) in the treatment of femur supracondylar fracture after closed reduction in seniors.Methods Thirty-seven seniors with femur supracondylar fracture admitted into The First Hospital of Qinhuangdao between January 2004 and October 2014 were treated with LISS following closed reduction,after which,systemic treatments such as infection prevention,nutritional support and early rehabilitation were performed,and the curative effect was observed.Results Post-operation follow-up from twelve to eighteen months showed all incisions of the 37 patients realized primary healing.The HSS scoring was performed during the last time follow-up,which showed excellent incision healing in 14 patients,good incision healing in 20 patients,average incision healing in 2 patients and bad incision healing in 1 patient,with the excellent and good rate being 91.9%.Conclusion The application of LISS following closed reduction in the treatment of femur supracondylar fracture in seniors can realize significant curative effects,with the advantages of minimal surgical damage and less post-operational complications.
