体表慢性难愈合创面的研究进展

Progress of Research on Body Surface Chronic Non-healing Wounds

体表慢性难愈合创面的发病机制复杂,病程较长,治疗难度较大,严重影响着患者的生活质量。虽然目前对体表慢性难愈合创面的研究已有一定深度,但是其确切的发病机制却尚不明确,治疗方式也无固定标准,大部分药物的疗效更是不确切。因此,本文将体表慢性难愈合创面的研究进展予以综述,旨在为临床研究和治疗提供思路和帮助。

Body surface chronic non-healing wounds have complicated pathogenesis,long duration and large treatment difficulty,seriously affecting patients＇ quality of life.Though currently some in-depth studies have been conducted on the body surface chronic non-healing wounds,their accurate pathogenesis still remains unclear,there is no standard treatment for them and the curative effects of a majority of such drugs are not definite.This paper,therefore,is to review the progress of research on body surface chronic non-healing wounds,aiming to provide reference and help for the clinical study and treatment of such wounds.
