湿润烧伤膏棉片贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of MEBO-impregnated Cotton Patch in the Treatment of Traumatic Perforation of Tympanic Membrane

目的观察湿润烧伤膏(Moist Exposed Burn Ointment,MEBO)棉片贴补法治疗外伤性鼓膜大穿孔的临床疗效。方法对武汉市汉口医院2010年1月-2014年12月收治的35例外伤性鼓膜大穿孔患者在耳内镜下行MEBO棉片贴补治疗,每3 d换药1次,治疗1个月后观察穿孔感染情况及愈合情况。结果 35例患者中32例完全愈合,愈合率为91.4%,平均愈合时间为(11.7±2.7)d。治疗过程中,5例患者出现感染,感染率为14.3%,感染患者中3例未愈合。结论 MEBO棉片贴补法治疗外伤性鼓膜大穿孔疗效显著,愈合时间短,愈合率高,感染率低,且无严重并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe curative effect of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment-impregnated cotton patch（MEBO） in the treatment of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane.Methods Thirty-five patients with traumatic tympani membrane perforation admitted into Hankou Hospital,Wuhan City between January 2010 and December 2014 were treated with MEBO-impregnated cotton patch under the otic endoscope and the patch was changed every 3 days.The perforation infection and healing condition were observed after following the treatment for one month.Results Of the thirty-five patients,thirty-two realized complete healing,with the healing rate being 91.4%and mean healing time being（11.7 ±2.7） d.During the treatment course,five patients developed infection,with the infection rate being 14.3%,of which three didn＇t realize wound healing.Conclusion MEBO-impregnated cotton patch in the treatment of the traumatic tympanic membrane perforation can realize remarkable therapeutic effects,with the advantages of short wound healing time,high wound healing rate,low infection rate and free of severe complications,deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
