摘要
目前主流DFMEA系统指导文档,主要针对传统机电液部件,对于汽车控制器类零件的指导意义较弱。文章运用DFMEA的分析方法对TCU(变速器控制器)进行系统级安全分析,提出适用于汽车控制器类零件的频度、探测度评分标准,并以发动机启动允许功能为例提出相应的设计预防措施和探测方法。
Current mainstream DFMEA guideline documents mainly aims at traditional me- chanical/electrical/hydraulic parts, has poor guiding instruction towards vehicle controllers. Safety a- nalysis for TCU (Transmission Control Unit) based on DFMEA is conducted. A new occurrence and detection criteria for automobile controller is proposed, design control prevention and detection method for engine crank permission function are raised as example.
