黄宗羲的金石义例观与《明文海》编纂

A Study on the Compilation of Ming Wen Hai——An Investigation on Huang Zongxi's Conception about Examples of Inscriptions

黄宗羲的《金石要例》在中国金石学史上占有重要地位,《南雷文集》中诸多文章也反映出黄宗羲对碑志创作的一些看法,共同构成了其金石义例观。不过黄宗羲在编选《明文海》时,他的金石义例观却未能得到严格执行,这与黄宗羲致力于保存一代文献的观念密切相关。

Jin Shi Yao Li written by Huang Zongxi enjoyed a significant status in the history of Sphragistics. In addition, Huang Zongxi also expressed his ideas on the writing of epitaphs in many articles.Those ideas constituted Huang's conception about examples of inscriptions on ancient bronzes and stone tablets. But Huang Zongxi did not strictly carry these ideas out when he was compiling Ming Wen Hai. That was closely related to Huang's devotion to the preservation of the literary document of that period.
