不同音乐欣赏行为的大学生在心理健康程度上的差异研究 被引量:2

摘要 采取问卷、统计分析、深度访谈和文献查阅等方法揭示出具有不同音乐欣赏行为的大学生在心理健康程度上的差异情况。此次以130名大学生为调查对象的研究显示:喜欢不同音乐主题的大学生,对"情绪低落时,欣赏音乐对于改善您心情的程度"不同认识的大学生,对流行音乐的内容和感情理解程度不同的大学生在心理健康程度上均存在显著性差异。每天欣赏音乐时长不同的大学生在心理健康程度上不存在显著差异。最喜欢的音乐风格不同的、最喜欢的音乐形式不同的、平时欣赏的音乐作品更换情况不同的、欣赏音乐的最主要目的不同的大学生在心理健康程度上均不存在显著差异。基于调查分析的结果,就大学生如何通过音乐欣赏提高自己的心理健康水平提出五点建议。 This study adopts questionnaire,statistical analysis,document consulting and other methods to reveal the differences of college students'psychological health levels according to their different music appreciation behaviors.130 college students are surveyed.The study shows college students who like different themes of music have significant differences in their psychological health levels;college students with different perceptions of"how far music appreciation can improve your mood when you are depressed"have significant differences in their psychological health levels;college students with different understandings of the content and emotion of popular music have significant differences in their psychological health levels;college students who spend different amounts of time,who have different favorite music styles,who have different favorite music forms,who are in the different situations of replacement in normal times,or who have different overriding purposes on appreciating music,have not significant differences in their psychological health levels.On this basis,the study puts forward some suggestions on how college students improve their psychological health through music appreciation.
