一种高精度超声波热量表的设计

摘要 针对影响超声波热量表精度的内流场因素,根据时差法测量原理,设计了一种高精度热量表。在基表的进水端内腔增加一个沙漏状的喉道结构,防止产生新的涡流和压损;采用柱状的反射装置使其附近空间更宽阔,避免产生射流;在测量管段前后增加渐缩段和渐扩段的"喇叭口"以及增大长径比,改变流体流动特性,使其迅速平稳。经过改进后的基表,内流场性能得到改善。实验测量结果表明,测量精度显著提高,达到了预期的要求,符合行业标准2级表的要求。 In view of internal flow as a major influence on ultrasonic heat meter's accuracy,a new type of ultrasonic heat meter with high precision is designed based on the principle of time difference measurement.A new hourglassshaped throat structure is added to the water inlet end cavity of the base table to deter from new eddy and pressure loss.It takes a columnar reflex attachment to widen its nearby space to avoid jet flows.It can change the flow features to make its smooth through the added bell-mouthing of the converging segment and the expanded segment back and forth on the end of measuring tube and the increased length-diameter ratio.The improvement on performance of internal flow is made through improved base table.The experimental results shows that the measurement accuracy has improved dramatically to achieve the anticipated demands and conform with the requirements of the industrystandard second level table.
