摘要
目的:探讨植物乳杆菌LpT1和LpT2对大鼠体内血清胆固醇含量的影响。方法:将高脂血症的大鼠随机分成4组,分别进行灌胃。A、B、C和D组分别灌胃菌株LpT1、菌株LpT2、洛伐他汀和蒸馏水。灌胃28 d后,断尾采血,分离血清,分别测定总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量。结果:饲喂高脂饲料7 d后,成功构建出高脂血症大鼠模型。植物乳杆菌菌株LpT1和阳性对照洛伐他汀降胆固醇效果极其显著(P<0.01),菌株LpT2次之(P<0.05),而阴性对照水几乎无降胆固醇效果。结论:本研究结果为明确植物乳杆菌体内降胆固醇机制奠定了良好基础。
Objective:To explore the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum on the variation in the content of cholesterol in serum in mice. Methods: The hypercholesterolemia mice were randomly classified into 4 groups: A, B, C and D. These four groups of mice were respectively fed with the strain LpT1, LpT2, lovastatin and the distilled water, and then TC,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and AI were determined. Results: The hypercholesterolemia mice model was successfully constructed after being fed the hypercholesterol forage for 7 days. The Lactobacillus plantarum LpT1 and the positive control lovastatin could significantly lower the total cholesterol content(P〈0.01) after 28 days, higher than Lactobacillus plantarum LpT2(P〈0.05). However, the negative control water could not lower it. Conclusion: The results lays a good foundation for studying the cholesterol-lowering mechanism by Lactobacillus plantarum in vivo.
