摘要
为探索降解黄曲霉毒素B_1的方法,利用挤压处理污染黄曲霉毒素的花生粕。以黄曲霉毒素B_1降解率为指标,研究挤压对黄曲霉毒素B_1的降解效果,采用响应面法对其影响因素进行优化设计。试验结果表明:挤压处理对黄曲霉毒素B_1降解效果明显,各参数影响顺序为物料水分>挤压温度>螺杆转速>喂料速度。最佳挤压工艺参数:机筒温度149℃、物料水分40%、喂料速度17 g/min、螺杆转速149 r/min,此时黄曲霉毒素B_1降解率达63.6%。
To obtain a method of aflatoxin B1 degradationin peanut meal, the effects and influencing factors of aflatoxin B1 degradationwere studied by using extrusion through response surface methodology. The results showed that extrusion had an excellent effect on aflatoxin B1 degradation. The influence strength of the parameters was as: feed moisture content〉 barrel temperature 〉screw speed 〉feed speed, The optimum degradation technique of aflatoxin B1was: barrel temperature 149 ℃, feed moisture content 40%, feed speed 17 g/min, screw speed 149 r/min, and the maximum degradation rate reached 63.6%.
