摘要
针对环境保护理念的医院废弃物管理研究,介绍了环境保护理念的对象与方法,主要包括:调查对象、调查内容,主要是医院人员管理和废弃物管理,利用统计学方法进行探讨,讨论了医务管理人员对医疗废弃物的认知原因,探讨了不同岗位的认知情况、不同年龄的认知情况和不同科室的认知情况,最后提出建议,主要是提高医疗废弃物管理相关法律法规、建立有效的组织系统、加强对医务人员的培训和加大医疗废弃物处理设施,促进医院的发展。
