摘要
以多功能聚醚(DPG)为原料合成端环氧基聚醚(DPSP)并活化聚醚分子。端环氧基聚醚环氧基团具有极大张力,在无溶剂、无催化体系下与自制的氨基硅油(DP)进行SN_2亲核反应。优化了合成工艺,对反应物配比、催化剂用量、碱比例、反应温度等因素进行探索。合成的DPSP对纯棉织物进行柔软整理,整理后的织物具有良好的白度、亲水性能及手感等。
The teminal epoxy polyether(DPSP) was synthesized with the multifunctional polyether(DPG) as raw material.The epoxy group of polyether had great tension,and it could react with homemade amino silicone oil(DP) by SN_2 nucleophilic reaction in solventfree and non-catalytic system.The synthesis process was optimized,and the factors such as reactant ratio,catalyst dosage,alkali and reaction temperature were explored.The cotton fabric was treated by the DPSP synthesized.After finishing,the fabric had good whiteness,hydrophilicity and touch feeling,etc.
