摘要
银系抗菌材料因其持久、高效的抗菌效果被广泛应用于医疗卫生、宋纺、服饰等领域,但银离子易被还原、对光和热比较敏感,耐气候性并不强。中空载银纤维较大程度避免了银离子与外界环境的接触,有效延长材料的抗菌性能。以中空载银纤维和涤纶纤维为原料,通过水剌法制备涤/银抗菌非织造布。对不同配比的涤/银抗菌非织造布的表面形态、柔软性、透气性及抗菌性能进行测试与研究。结果表明:随着载银纤维含量的增加,涤/银非织造布的柔软性和透气性降低,抗菌性增强。当载银纤维含量为5%时.抑菌率已达到76%。
In this paper, a novel spun-laced nonwoven fabric was prepared by using PET fiber with hollow fiber containing silver particles (HF-Ag), The properties of softness, air perme- ability and antibacterial were analyzed. The results showed that the PET/HF-Ag spun-laced non- woven had a good biomedical performance, and with the increase of the content of HF-Ag fiber, its antibacterial increased while softness and air permeability decreased. When the concentration of HF-Ag was 5%, the inhibitory ratio reached up to76%.
