摘要
目前,环境艺术设计专业正处于快速发展时期,现有的实践教学体系已经不能满足当前应用技术型大学人才培养的需要。实践表明:建立教师企业挂职与兼职教师双向聘用及学生校内外顶岗实习、工学结合的实训教学平台.形成校内外工作室人才培养共享型运行、管理、考核机制,完善“工作室制”人才培养模式和运行机制.才能真正实现学生从艺术人一职业人一创意人的角色转变。这成为深化实践教学改革,因材施教,注重能力发展的人才培养模式和体系探索教育改革的一个重要方向。
With the rapid development of environmental art design major. The inherent practice teaching system has can't meet the needs of the current application technology university personnel training. So it must deepen the reform of the practical teaching, and effectively raise the quality of personnel training. According to the practice, we know that set up companies for teachers and two-way hiring part-time teachers and students to participate the field work, the combination of engineering practice teaching platform, forming studio face-to-face training sharing type operation, management, evaluation mechanism. That can perfect the "studio" personnel training mode and operation mechanism. Then we can truly achieve the students role change that from art to professional people.
