水通道蛋白AQP4调节星形胶质细胞功能和在脑缺血损伤中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 缺血性脑损伤大约占卒中死亡的85%,急性或慢性的脑血管阻塞使脑血流量减少,造成神经细胞、胶质细胞及联系纤维发生变性、坏死或功能丧失。缺血性脑损伤的病理生理有复杂的生物分子反应和血流动力学改变过程,特征包括水肿和炎性反应。水通道蛋白家族(aquaporins,AQP)是特殊的水通道蛋白,在细胞膜广泛表达,负责水和其他小分子的运输。
