农业转移人口的市民化进程,不仅取决于宏观政策制度,不仅表现在农业转移人口的就业收入、住房居住、社会保障等方面,更重要的是农业转移人口的个体意愿和心理选择。这方面研究可以众多专家学者的理论与分析为基础,以2014年流动人口动态监测调查数据为支撑,以Logit模型、多层模型等方法为工具,重点关注以下几个问题:农业转移人口长期居留意愿的现状与特征,影响转移人口居留意愿的因素与机制,有效的建议与措施等。这些问题的回答对于准确把握农业转移人口的心理与意愿,详细了解转移人口的态度和行为具有重要的作用,有利于我们及早规划、提前布置,促进转移人口的城市融入,推动城乡人口的社会融合。

The urbanization process of agricultural transfer population depends on macro policy system, covering the income of employment, housing, social securities, but more importantly, on the individual will and psychology of the agricultural transfer population. This study is based on the theories and analyses of lots of experts and scholars and supported by the data of floating population dynamic monitoring survey in 2014. It takes Logit model and multi-tier model and others as tools so as to focus on the following issues： the status quo and characteristics of the will for long-term residence of agricultural transfer population, the factors and mechanism that affect the will for long-term residence of agricultural transfer population and effective suggestions and measures. The answers to these questions are of great significance in accurately grasping the psychology and will, and knowing in more detail the attitude and behavior of agricultural transfer population, and are beneficial for the transfer of agricultural population into cities and population. us to make plans and layout in advance, to push promote the social integration of urban and rural
