Deficiencies of existing Cotton topping Mechinery in Xinjiang and relative Suggestions

棉花打顶作业是整个棉花生产中的中心环节,可消除顶端生长优势,促进棉花增产增收,并能极大地提高棉花生产全程机械化水平。文中分析了目前新疆棉花打项机存在的问题,针对棉花打顶机存在的问题提出了设计双仿形带有消毒和棉芽回收装置的自走式棉花打顶机。

Topping is the key link of cotton producing,it can eliminate the apical growth advantage,increase output of cotton and improve the full mechanization of cotton producing gready.We analyzed the deficiencies of existing Cotton topping Mechinery in Xinjiang in this text,aim at these prblems and deficiencies,we suggest that a new type of cotton topping machine with profile modeling,disinfection and cotton bud recovery device should be designed and developed.
