摘要
针对目前新疆阿勒泰地区日光温室拱架抗风雪能力弱的现状,探索一种能在阿勒泰地区承受冬季雪载的日光温室。通过采用ANSYS软件对拱架进行雪载、温室自重等综合受力分析,在拱架薄弱位置增加临时支撑柱。经过为期两年的温室生产,证实该类型拱架结构稳定、安全。临时支撑柱的设置可解决现有温室设计不足,同时为新建温室提供设计参考。
It's necessary to find out a kind of solar greenhouse that can bear snow load in Altay Prefecture,under the present of Altay solar greenhouses' weak ability to resist snow.So the temporary pillars has been added in arch weak position according to the results of the analysis about snow load and greenhouse weight by ANSYS12.0 software.Through two years of testing,it confirmed that this type arch structure is stable.This design can solve some defects existing in greenhouse,while providing design reference for the new greenhouses at the same time.
