丝光羊毛/蚕丝纤维赛络纺混纺纱线工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究丝光羊毛和蚕丝纤维混纺纱的工艺过程与工艺参数,将二者按50/50比例通过赛络纺混纺,采用正交试验法确定纺纱方案。将原料的长度统一被处理为棉型38 mm,所以参照棉纺工艺制定纺纱各工序的工艺参数,并在细纱部分通过控制捻系数、喇叭口隔距、浮游区隔距块3个因素中的3个水平,根据正交试验表确定纺纱试验方案。纺制成功后,测试纱线的条干、毛羽、断裂强力3个性能,并通过正交试验中多指标综合平衡法对纱线的性能数据进行分析,以推选出纺制该纱线的最优方案,试验结果为:在细纱捻系数460、喇叭口隔距6 mm、浮游区隔距块3.5 mm条件下,混纺纱的质量最优,该结果对生产具有重要的指导意义。 The process and parameters of mercerized wool and silk fiber blended yarn are studied,according to 50 /50 ratio of the two fibers,to spin out of the siro-spinning blended yarn. Due to the length of the raw material is unified to 38 mm,so it can consult cotton spinning processing parameters of each process,and the spinning part by controlling the twist factor,bellbottom separation,the floating area in any of the separation of the three factors three levels,according to the three factors and three levels orthogonal test table to determine the spinning test plan. After the success of the spinning,tensile strength test of yarn evenness,hairiness,three performance are tested,and through the orthogonal experiment method of multi-index comprehensive balance data analysis on the performance of the yarn,spinning to elect the optimal solution of the yarn. Test results are: when the yarn twist coefficient is selected 460,bell gauge is selected 6mm,the floating block is selected from the 3. 5 mm,quality of blended yarn is optimum,The results have important guiding significance to the production.
