摘要
利用酸性染料、酸性媒介蓝及活性染料对壳聚糖整理后的羊毛纤维进行染色并测试染色后羊毛纤维的性能,分析壳聚糖整理的最佳质量分数。研究表明,当壳聚糖质量分数在0~0.20%之间时,3种染色工艺染色后的羊毛纤维的上染百分率与K/S值随着壳聚糖整理质量分数的增加而提高,当质量分数超过0.20%时,羊毛纤维的上染百分率与K/S值随着壳聚糖整理质量分数的增加而降低,上染百分率与K/S值均在壳聚糖质量分数为0.20%取得最值,且羊毛纤维的吸湿回潮率及力学性能则随着壳聚糖质量分数的增加而降低,但仍在服用范围内。因此认为:壳聚糖整理的最佳质量分数为0.20%。
Wool fibers dyeing finished by different concentrations of chitosan were dyed by acid dyes,acid mordant blue and reactive dyes and the properties of wool fibers dyed were tested to study influences of properties of wool fibers dyeing finished by different concentrations of chitosan. Research showed that the wool fibers dyeing rate and K / S value were both increased with concentrations of chitosan rising in 0 ~ 0. 20%,however,which were both decreased when concentrations of above 0. 20%. The maximum value of wool fibers dyeing rate and K / S value were both got in the concentrations of 0. 20%.Meanwhile,the hygroscopic moisture regain and mechanical properties of wool fibers dyed after chitosan finished were both decreased with concentrations of chitosan rising,but the wearabilities of wool fiber after dyed still in the scope of use. It was believed that the best concentrations of chitosan for finishing wool fibers to dye was 0. 20%.
