关于加快构建新型农业经营体系的思考

Consideration on speeding up the construction of new agricultural management system

十八大以来,党中央越来越重视现代农业发展,2013—2016年连续四年的中央一号文件都明确要求加快现代农业建设,而作为现代农业重要载体的新型农业经营体系的构建,对于推进农业现代化具有非常重要的作用.因此,本文着重从其内涵、构建和意义3个方面来理解、思考新型农业经营体系.

Since the report to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has paid more and more attention to the development of modern agriculture. From 2013 to 2016, the central document has clearly put forward the requirement of modern agriculture development. And construction of new agricultural management system, as an important carrier of the modern agriculture, has very important significance to promote agricultural modernization. Therefore, this paper focuses on the three aspects to elaborate the awareness and understanding of the new agricultural management system, including the connotation, construction and significance.
