中国南北地区土壤对粘胶纤维降解性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 通过对降解前后纤维微观形貌的观察,质量损失率、X-衍射、纤维表面摩擦系数与力学性能的测试分析南北方土壤对普通粘胶纤维的降解作用。研究表明,经过土壤的降解作用,普通粘胶纤维表面出现无规则分布,深浅程度不同的坑穴。普通粘胶纤维的质量损失率、纤维表面摩擦系数及纤维的断裂伸长率随着降解时间的增加而不断增加,而纤维结晶度、晶粒尺寸及断裂伸长率随着土壤降解实验时间的增加而不断降低。降解前后,纤维的结晶结构依然保持纤维素Ⅱ的晶型结构。认为:土壤对普通粘胶纤维具有一定的降解作用,且南方高于北方。 Viscose fibers degradation in the soil in north and south areas of China was studied by testing the SEM, mass loss rate, IR, X-ray scattering techniques, fiber surface friction coefficient and mechanical properties of viscose fibers. Research showed that many random distribution, degree of depth of different holes were appeared in the viscose after degradation in the soil. Meanwhile, mass loss rate, fiber surface friction coefficient and fiber elongation at break were all increased with degradation time rising. On the contrary was the crystallinity, grain size and breaking strength. Crystal structure of viscose fiber was still cellulose II after degradation in the soi. It was drawn a conclusion that there was a certain degradation effect of soil to viscose, what's more, soil in south areas of China reacted more higher effect than north areas of China.
