氯雷他定和苯磺贝他斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果评价

Evaluation of clinical effect of loratadine and phenylsulfonic bepotastine besilate in the treatment of rhinallergosis

目的探讨氯雷他定和苯磺贝他斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法将我院2014年3月~2016年4月收集的98例过敏性鼻炎患者根据入院时间编号分为A组与B组。A组给予氯雷他定治疗,B组给予苯磺贝他斯汀治疗。观察比较两组患者免疫球蛋白E（Ig E）水平及嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白（ECP）含量、临床症状和体征、不良反应发生情况及VAS评分,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 B组临床总有效率显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗后,B组Ig E水平及ECP含量明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗后,B组临床症状评分、体征评分较A组降低明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗后,两组VAS评分显著降低且B组VAS评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;B组不良反应发生率显著低于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论苯磺贝他斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎较氯雷他定效果更佳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical treatment effect of loratadine and phenylsulfonic bepotastine besilate in the treatment of rhinallergosis.Methods Ninety-eight cases of patients with rhinallergosis in our hospital from March2014 to April 2016 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the time of admission.The group A were treated with loratadine,while the group B were treated with phenylsulfonic bepotastine besilate.The levels of Ig E and ECP,clinical signs and symptoms,adverse reactions and VAS scores in the two groups were observed and compared,then the clinical treatment effect was compared in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the group B was significantly higher than that in the group A,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.After treatment,The levels of Ig E and ECP in the group B was obviously lower than that in the group A respectively,with significant differences（P〈0.01）.The scores of clinical signs and symptoms in the group B was obviously lower than that in the group A respectively with significant differences（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the VAS scores of two groups was significantly lower and the VAS score of group B was lower than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）,the incidence rate of adverse reactions of group B was significantly lower than that in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of phenylsulfonic bepotastine besilate in the treatment of rhinallergosis is better than that of loratadine,which is worthy promotion in clinic.
