八年制医学生实验诊断学教学改革与实践 被引量:9

摘要 八年制医学生基础扎实、思维活跃,实验诊断学教学应与五年制有所区别,需进行一系列教学改革。采用以器官系统为主线、临床授课以病例为中心、PBL和双语教学为主导的教学模式,辅助临床参观、网络课程、学科专业网站和专题讲座。通过教学改革和实践,增强学生的专业学习兴趣,成绩明显提高,同时也提高了学生的临床思维能力和对疾病诊断的综合分析判断能力。八年制实验诊断学改革取得明显成效,为进一步的实验诊断学教学改革提供了实践经验。 Laboratory diagnosis medicine lessons for eight-year-porgram medicine majors should be different from five-year-program medicine majors because of the solid basement,active thinking,a series of teaching reforms should be carried out.Teaching reform has been conducted with organ-system based mode,cases centered on teaching method,PBL and bilingual teaching,assisting of clinical visiting,network course,subject web and lectures.After the teaching reform,the students can autonomously learn correlated knowledge with higher performance records,the abilities of clinical thinking as well as aggregate analysis and prognosis for disease have been promoted.Significant results have been gained after teaching reformation for eight-year-program medicine majors,providing practice experience for next reformation of laboratory diagnosis medicine.
