综合口腔护理干预对预防儿童龋齿的效果研究

Effect of comprehensive oral care intervention on prevention of dental caries in children

目的探讨综合口腔护理干预对预防儿童龋齿的临床效果。方法随机选取2015年1~6月内我市5所幼儿园,从每所幼儿园中随机抽取40例儿童,共计200例儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将200例儿童均分为两组,各100例,分别为采用综合口腔护理进行干预的观察组和采用常规护理进行干预的对照组,干预后,观察记录两组儿童的牙齿健康情况,并对两组儿童的所有研究结果和数据进行统计学分析与比较。结果两组儿童护理干预后不同时间患龋齿的情况比较显示,分别干预3、6、9、12个月后,观察组各个时间患龋齿的比例均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组儿童进行护理干预过程中配合程度比较显示,观察组79例很配合,16例一般配合,仅5例不配合,配合率为95.00%,而对照组57例很配合,7例一般配合,36例不配合,配合率为64.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于预防儿童龋齿应当正确采取综合口腔护理干预的方式,综合口腔护理干预可明显促进儿童在实施护理干预过程中的配合率,降低儿童患龋齿的概率,对帮助儿童养成良好的口腔卫生习惯和预防龋齿的发生有积极意义,值得进行广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive oral care intervention on the prevention of dental caries in children.Methods 5 kindergartens from January to June 2015 were randomly selected in our city,40 children were randomly selected from every kindergarten,a total of 200 children as the research object,according to the random number table method all children were divided into two groups,each group of 100 cases,the intervention group was given oral comprehensive nursing and the control group used conventional nursing,after intervention measures for a period of time,two groups of children′s dental health were observed and recorded,and for the two groups of children all the study findings and data statistical were analyzed and compared.Results Nursing intervention after different time of two groups of children were suffering from dental caries comparison shows that were treated 3,6,9 and 12 months,after observed groups of all time suffering from caries number was significantly less than that of control group,the difference significant（P〈0.05）;two groups of children nursing intervention process with the degree of comparison showed that the observation group had 79 cases of very cooperate,16 cases of general coordination,only 5 cases do not match,with the rate of 95.00%,while the control group had 57 cases of very cooperate,7 cases of general coordination,36 cases do not match,match rate was 64.00%,two groups was more obvious,there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion For the prevention of dental caries in children should take comprehensive oral care intervention,the oral comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously promote the children in the implementation of nursing intervention in the process of match rate,reduce the risk of children suffering from dental caries,to help children develop good oral hygiene habits and pre control of dental caries has positive significance.It is worthy of wide popularization and application.
