摘要
根据课题组前期的研究中发现的刀盘切深对甘蔗的宿根质量具有明显影响,及刀盘液压马达的负载压力与切深之间存在显著关系等规律。为了降低甘蔗宿根破头率,基于西门子PLC的电液控制系统,通过实验,分析了不入土与入土切割刀盘切深对液压马达负载压力的影响关系特征,寻找到了切深临界控制点(0,20mm);通过抽样调查统计,发现甘蔗的密度呈X^N(33.78,419.84)泊松分布,测试分析了提升油缸的响应特性;在此基础上,基于S200的PLC控制系统,提出了一种基于负载压力阈值的切深控制的方案,进行了系统的编程和设计及参数分析,为下一步的切深控奠定了基础。
It is founded by former researches of the team that the cutting depth has obvious effect on the cutting quality of canes and there is a notable relation between the press of the cutter's hydro-motor and the cutting depth. Based on the electrical-hydraulic control system,the author in this paper analyzed the feature effect of the cutting depth on the load press of the hydro-motor by a series experiments and decided critical control points of the depth. The massive distribution of the canes is about the Passion Distribution by the field investigation. The feature responded of the lifting cylinder is measured and analyzed. Then,it is designed a control system for cutting depth via load press by means of S200 PLC based on PID. The programming design and relative parameters analyses are carried on. It is provided the foundation of the future research on the cutting depth control.
