机组非线性振动对水电站厂房结构可靠性的影响

摘要 以广西某水电站为例,通过应用有限元法建立混流式水轮发电机组主轴系统非线性动力学方程,分析机组的非线性振动特性,研究机组非线性振动对水电站厂房结构振动可靠性的影响。研究表明:混流式水轮发电机组存在非常复杂的非线性振动现象,当机组的非线性共振频率与厂房结构的固有频率相等或近似相等时,就会激起厂房结构产生共振。 Taking the Guangxi hydropower station as an example,the nonlinear dynamic equation of francis turbine generator unit is established by using the finite element method,then research the effect of unit nonlinear vibration on the structural reliability of hydropower house through the analysis on the characteristics of nonlinear vibration of the francis turbine generator unit. Research shows that:due to the main shaft system plays an important role in amplifying and transferring excitation energy,there is very complex nonlinear vibration in the francis turbine generator units; the hydropower house will produce resonance as the nonlinear resonance frequency of the unit is equal or close to the natural frequency of the hydropower house.
