摘要
可追溯的生产过程监控系统是智能制造的重要组成部分。它能改善生产过程、提高生产效率、减少资源使用。通过对离散型制造业企业的生产过程现状研究,设计一套可使用Android平台的移动设备进行操作,并且可以追溯的生产过程监控系统。应用PLC、传感器技术实现生产过程和生产现场参数的测控;应用Java语言编写软件;通过OPC协议实现上位机软件与可编程控制器通讯,实现生产现场监控数据的记录与管理。
Traceability and monitoring system has become an important part of the intelligent manufacturing production process. It can improve the production efficiency and save resources. This paper focus on the research on the status of the production process discrete manufacturing plant,it can be used to design a set of Android mobile devices operations. At the same time, it can trace the production process systems. PLC and sensor technology are used in the program. Which can achieve intelligent control and get good requirements. In detail,Android application development environment based on Java language to write software interface; The opc protocol is used in the PC software management system to communicate with the PLC. The hardware configuration and software development are planned to form a frame structure of the system. It will monitor production line and recording production data.
