卸胶工序PLC电气操控系统的触摸屏设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对天然橡胶初加工生产自动化程度低问题,设计了基于手动、自动等操控模式的卸胶工序PLC自动控制系统,但大量按钮的使用导致可编程序控制器(PLC)的输入点位显著增加,且使接线变得复杂。为此基于三菱触摸屏编程软件GT-Designer设计了卸胶工序的触摸屏操控系统,用触摸屏代替实际按钮进行系统操控。触摸屏设计包括系统环境设置和画面创建两个步骤,其中画面的创建包括首页界面、主界面和手动界面三个步骤。仿真证明,该触摸屏操控系统运行平稳,很好地满足了卸胶工序的生产要求,且使操控简单化、可视化。该触摸屏操控系统操作简单便捷、自动化程度高,可在天然橡胶加工生产中推广使用。 According to the problem of low-degree automation for natural rubber preliminarily production at present,the PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC) electrical auto-control system of discharge rubber process is designed based on manual and auto operation mode,however,the number of PLC input is remarkable increased because of a great deal of buttons used,and also it lead to wiring complex. The operation and control system is designed for discharge rubber process based-on GT-Designer of Mitsubishi touch screen design soft,the buttons are replaced by touch screen in our designing scheme,two steps which system set and picture set are included in the design scheme,three steps which home interface,main interface,manual interface are included in the picture set. In simulated test,the operation of touch screen control system runs steadily,it is well content with the requirement of production process,its operation is simple and visual. The conclusion is presented that the control system is simple and high automation,it can be used in practical natural rubber production.
