摘要
无石棉垫片广泛应用于汽车密封当中,橡胶作为基本原材料,对密封性能有着举足轻重的作用。介绍不同橡胶材料对密封效果的影响,试验研究了橡胶含量对垫片的压缩回弹、蠕变松弛、抗拉强度和泄漏率的影响。按照本文所得结论,可以在无石棉密封材料制备过程对橡胶的选用提供依据。
Non asbestos gaskets are widely used in automotive seals,rubber as the basic raw material,the sealing performance has a decisive role. The effect of different rubber materials on sealing performance was introduced. The influence of rubber content on compression resilience,creep relaxation,tensile strength and leakage rate of gasket were studied. According to the conclusion of this paper,the selection of rubber can be used in the preparation of non asbestos sealing material.
