就商用车多品种、高度定制化特点,提出总装工艺管理的创新方法。阐述了以工序为基础进行多车型工艺数据的精确管理方法。通过对工序和车型的逻辑编码,自主开发的软件系统使车型与工序精确匹配,解决了多车型工艺信息的精确管理的难题,对我国乃至世界商用车行业的总装工艺的精益化管理具有指导意义。

This paper introduces a new way to improve the process management of commercial vehicle＇s general assembly workshop in order to deal with the characteristics of varieties and highly customized. It tells us how to handle the methods of precise process data management based on the operation data of various models. By coding every operation and model,we developed a computer program to match them accurately to solve the problem of how to manage the operation information for large amount models of commercial vehicles. It can not only guide the assembly process of commercial vehicle industry in china but all over the world.
