京津冀区域金融集聚影响因素的空间计量经济分析

Spatial Econometric Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Regional Financial Industry Agglomeration

基于经济地理学视角,以京津冀13个城市为切入点在考虑空间异质性特征的前提下运用空间计量模型研究区域金融集聚影响因素,实证结果表明京津冀地区城市间存在较强的空间相关性,政府行为和人力资本是影响京津冀区域金融集聚的关键因素。鉴于此,京津冀地区政府一方面应采取适当的财政政策引导各区域之间金融资源自由流动,另一方面应加强高素质人才培养,这对京津冀地区实现金融协同有着重要意义。

With the perspective of economic geography and the consideration of spatial heterogeneity characteristics, we have constructed a spatial econometric model on civic data in 13 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities to study factors which affect re- gional financial agglomeration. The empirical results show that there is a strong spatial correlation among those cities, and both the government＇s behaviors and the human capital play a significant role in promoting regional financial agglomeration. In view of this, we propose some suggestions. On the one hand, the local governments in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region should take appropriate fiscal policies for financial resource optimization; On the other hand, they should advance the talent cultivation in the region. In a word, the measures will also have a great influence on regional financial synergy.
