不同外标物对煤系油品组成分析影响研究

摘要 基于高效液相色谱法可作为一种广泛用于油品组成含量快速准确的定量分析方法,选用外标校正法对煤系油品各组分进行定量分析。实验发现,不同外标物校正因子差别较大,对油品组成分析影响严重,不同类型和馏程范围的油品应选用适合的外标物。正链烷烃作为饱和物外标物时,随碳链增长其校正因子依次下降,根据实验结果选用正壬烷为煤液化油<170℃馏分油的饱和物外标物,定量结果与真实含量仅偏差2,07%,同时与气相色谱定量法的饱和物相对偏差仅为2,74%,提高了外标校正法定量的准确度。 As a kind of fast accurate quantitative analysis method, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is widely used in oil composition and content analysis.The external standard correction method was chosento do the quantitative analysis for every component of coal-derived oils.Through the experiments, it was showed that correction factors of different external standard substances had big differences, the effect of external standard substance on oil composition analysis was serious, when the normal paraffin was used as external standard substance of saturates, with the increasing of carbonchain, the correction factors fell in turn.According to the experimental results, the deviation between the quantitative results and the real content was only 2.07% and the relative deviation of saturates was only 2.74% compared with GC quantitative method when n-nonane was chosen to be the external standard substance of saturates of 〈170 ℃ distillate of coal liquefaction oil, the accuracy of external standard correction method quantifying could be improved.
